Dr Arora is a truly outstanding psychiatrist. He is empathetic and compassionate, and at the same time very scientific in the way he approaches diagnostic and treatment. He is also a very good listener, pragmatic and has a good sense of humour. Finally, he is very positive and inspires confidence. My improvement under his care has been nothing short of dramatic. I consider myself lucky being under his care and I just can’t recommend him highly enough.

I have been seeing Dr. Arora for over 2 years, and whilst under his care feel like my life has been given back to me. While this may sound a “cliche” it is the reality of the circumstance I found myself in to the present day. Through my sessions with Dr. Arora he has always been kind, empathetic, supportive and professional. Dr. Arora does not rush to diagnose, and as a result he is able to work with you to identify what the correct course of action for you specifically is. The ongoing support I receive from Dr. Arora is also highly commendable, and is always there to assist with matters such as completion of forms where disclosure of the condition is required. As stated at the beginning Dr. Arora has given me my life back and would highly recommend him.

Dr Arora was there for me when I hit rock bottom at the end of April 2022, He carefully considered my situation in order to put the best plan of action in place. This was comprised of a change in my medication, seeing a variety of other specialists and finally an in-patient stay in a private mental health hospital. At every step of the way he was there, guiding, advising and supporting. He is incredibly professional and extremely knowledgable about mental health. Only 3.5 months on I am already in a great place; my change of medication has helped alleviate my anxiety and I am 3.5 months sober! I would absolutely recommend him all day long.

I worked with Dr Arora starting in 2019 when I was in a very serious state. From day one I knew I could be open with him and trust him with meds changes, advice and that he was a safe place to land as it were. I am extremely grateful to him. He navigated me through the worst time of my life and effectively saved me. He is gentle, empathetic, extremely experienced guidance steered me through the following years from what was the darkest part of my life and into the lightest and best. I am now happily married with a young baby (something I thought and was told was unachievable by others) and I am so happy. Thank you Dr Arora. Deeply. I could not recommend him more highly.

I selected Dr Arora as my psychiatrist based on his profile on the Cardinal Clinic's website, and he has managed my care for almost a year now - initially on Zoom, and more recently face to face. Dr Arora's relaxed and empathetic approach ensured that I was extremely comfortable in our meetings from our very first meeting. I would highly recommend Dr Arora to anyone in need of help and support with mental health challenges.
